Chris Grayling

As Lord Chancellor, he was also in charge on deciding legal issues (although had no legal background); such issues as raised by the OJC (Office for Judicial Complaints) changed on 1 Oct. 2014 to JCIO (Judicial Conduct and Investigations Office).
