How poorly the judges interpret the law
Most of the Judges siting in our courts today were appointed before 2005 when the judicial appointments procedure required only a particular length of employment as barristers or solicitors. The procedure did not take into account whether or not the applicant had any ability to interpret the law properly or hold any moral values. The judicial application did not require merit as a criteria. No wonder that we have judges who fail to interpret the law and rely on favours and engage in corrupt activities to protect their colleagues.
There is more so come back…direct from the mouth of the officials and the Parliament: Why Judges fail!
